Embracing the theme Parent Engagement: The Power of Empowerment, CANN 2019 will feature an impressive line-up of speakers, experts and leaders who will address today's emerging topics and trends that are forging the way to improved neonatal nursing care and newborn health. This two-day conference will include a combination of pre-conference workshops, general and concurrent sessions, poster presentations, an exhibit component, and a social program allowing plenty of time to network.

REGISTRATION FEES: EARLY BIRD DEADLINE EXTENDED TO FRIDAY, MARCH 15, 2019
*NOTE: To receive the CANN MEMBER rates, you must be a current member of the Canadian Association of Neonatal Nurses (CANN). You can renew or apply for membership on the CANN website.
CANN will draw for a free full conference registration from all new or renewed memberships in the month of February 2019.
*NOTE: To receive the STUDENT rates, you must submit proof of enrolment in a full-time undergraduate or graduate nursing program by email to firstname.lastname@example.org email or by fax to 613-721-3581.
All registration fees are in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable taxes (13% HST).
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Refunds of registration fees, less a $25 administration fee, will be issued for cancellations received by Friday, March 15, 2019. No refunds will be issued after this date. If you are unable to attend, you may substitute someone in your place. All cancellations and substitution requests must be received in writing. Refunds will be processed after the conference.

A limited number of hotel rooms have been secured for our group at a special rate of $159 for a Traditional Room.
Our group rate will only be available until 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, March 15, 2019, or until our group block is sold out, whichever comes first. After that point, any new reservation will be subject to availability at the daily rate applicable at the time of reservation.
The rate is applicable per room, per night (single, double, triple or quad occupancy), and is subject to applicable taxes and fees, currently 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) plus 4% Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT). MAT is also subject to HST. Taxes and fees may change without notice.
Individuals are responsible for their own room, tax and incidental charges, and all charges must be paid upon check-out. All rooms include complimentary standard in-room Wi-Fi.
A deposit equal to one night's stay is required at the time of reservation. Full refund of this deposit will be given to cancellations received until 72 hours prior to arrival. For cancellations received within 72 hours of arrival, this deposit is non-refundable. An early departure fee of $50 will apply if you check out prior to your confirmed departure date.
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
